Fine Arts Publishing is a publishing house that produces books about the plastic arts in Lebanon. Its collection of books is becoming a ref-erence library, both visual and literary, about contemporary art in the field. Its founder, the art critic Cesar Nammour, wrote the first four books about the history of painting and sculp-ture in Lebanon and high-lighted some of the prominent artists. The following books deal with the life and works of individual artists.

Art critic, co-founded Contact Art Gallery in Beirut (1972 – 1977), Gallery Les Cimaises in Zouk-Mosbeh, Lebanon (1987), and Art et Culture in Zouk Mosbeh (1993). Co-founder and sec-retary of the Contem- porary Art Society (1997), Lebanese Association of Art Critics (1998), Fine Arts Consulting and Publishing (1990), and is member of the AUB Art Center Com-mittee. Wrote and published more than one hundred articles, and teaches art appreciation in colleges in Beirut.
